However, \u003cbr\u003esplashes on the skin should be washed well with water \u003cbr\u003eand if contact with eye occurs, wash well with water and \u003cbr\u003eseek medical advice (for more detail please refer \u003cbr\u003eMSDS)\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eHOW TO USE  \u003cbr\u003eSurface Preparartion : Make sure that the surface is \u003cbr\u003eabsolutely clean, dry and free from dust, grease and \u003cbr\u003eforeign materials. There should be a time gap of atleast \u003cbr\u003e10 days before SOLIDSKIM application is done on \u003cbr\u003enewly plastered surfaces. Ensure that the surface is fairly \u003cbr\u003eeven. If concrete surface is to be painted, it shall be \u003cbr\u003ewashed with a water jet and all loose concrete should \u003cbr\u003ebe getting removed and all pin holes and blow holes \u003cbr\u003eshould get opened.\u003cbr\u003eApplication : SOLIDSKIM is ready to use material. \u003cbr\u003eWater Resistant Skim Coat + 300 ~ 320 gms of water for \u003cbr\u003e1kg powder of SOLIDSKIM \/ tertene. Apply the \u003cbr\u003eprepared material with putty knife from bottom to top \u003cbr\u003eby ensuring complete filling of holes with putty material \u003cbr\u003eand feather-edged finish. The coating should be about 1 \u003cbr\u003emm thick. Second coat of SOLIDSKIM depends up on \u003cbr\u003ethe exposed surface after first coat (generally both coat \u003cbr\u003edo not exceed 2 mm) and leave the surface to dry \u003cbr\u003eovernight. The drying time of each coat should be 3 \u003cbr\u003ehours, but will vary from surface to surface (depending \u003cbr\u003eupon \u003cbr\u003eatmospheric condition).\u003cbr\u003eFinishing : Make sure that the material has fully covered \u003cbr\u003ethe substrate and dried. If putty applied surface is \u003cbr\u003erough, surface should be made smooth by rubbing \u003cbr\u003esuitable emery paper on it. Ensure that the paper is fine \u003cbr\u003eand does not cause scratches on the SOLIDSKIM \u003cbr\u003ecoating area. The SOLIDSKIM area is now ready for \u003cbr\u003epainting.\u003cbr\u003ePainting : The smooth surface finished with                   \u003cbr\u003eSOLIDSKIM does not require any putty or primer \u003cbr\u003ebefore paint application.
