DESCRIPTION
Efflorescence Coat is water-based primer composed of
acrylic emulsion polymer, properly selected fine fillers,
white pigments & additives in water as a medium. It is
used as primer over exterior & interior building walls.

Provides excellent efflorescence resistance due to
its chemical inertness.
Based on chemically inert polymers hence suitable
for high alkaline substrates.
Provides deep penetration thus imparts excellent
substrate adhesion.
Used as a primer on internal and external surfaces.
Long term exterior durability
APPLICATION
Any deficiencies on the surface should be rectified before
applying Efflorescence Coat.
Apply Efflorescence Coat over the substrate.
Allow the Efflorescence Coat to dry for 2 – 3 hours. Over
this normal coating / skim coat can be applied.
COVERAGE
:
10 - 12 sq.m /ltr/coat
Actual coverage depends on application techniques,
ambient conditions, wastage, surface condition etc.
